Responsibilities:

• Experiencein District Cooling Networks pumping station and waterprojects.

• Manage pricingprocess and technical inquiries review before sending toclients.

• Participate in allBid/NoBid meetings Commercial and Technical Reviews for allInvitations to Bid. Expectation: Able to raise recommendations ondifferent stages of Tender and Biddingprocess.

• Assist theEstimation Director with budgetary pricing for all potentialprojects.Expectation:

• Coordination isdone in a timely and professionalmanner.

• Providerecommendations to the bidding structure costing programs number ofestimators required per job and advise on any new techniques forestimatingpurposes.

• Supervise thedetailed engineering manhour cost estimating function for civilmechanical electrical instrumentation and communications works onDesign Projects. Expectation: Done in a timely thorough andprofessional manner.

• Reviewtender documents tender submission requirements and particularcondition of tender.

• Provideappropriate clarifications to all sections of formal bids to ensureclarity of requirements from a legal commercial and technicalviewpoint.

• Price projectpreliminaries in accordance with project duration requirements& tender priceanalysis.

• Coordination withother department managers to acquire certain requirements fortender submission.

• Attendsite visit meetings & pretendermeetings.

• Negotiate with keysuppliers some major packages prior to tender submission on finalprice submission.

• Reviewcontractors variation quantities and extraitems.

• Liaise with projectengineers in the preparation of development concepts andplans.

• Develop alternativeoptions for cost effectiveness as required by projectmanagement.

• Provide costrelated inputs for valueengineering.

• Bench markingrates for data base & quick reference for futureuse.
