With a current turnover of $70M employing 45- 50 staff. They deliver new build and refurbishment commercial projects ranging from $10M – $40M within the healthcare, education, industrial & retail sector. They also deliver townhouses, granny flats ranging from $1M - $2M renovations and $4M- $5M new build.   The RoleYou will be responsible for taking the estimate from 30% documentation, understanding the drawings, identifying risks, value engineering to ensure you are providing the best price.  Required Skills A construction related degree with at least 3-5 years estimating experience Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages Knowledge of D&C tenders within the healthcare, industrial & education sector Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit & Estimate One software Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices   Benefits Free on-site parking Career progression opportunities with a growing company Flexibly working environment Flat management structure Family Culture   If you are keen to discuss the role in more detail, please call Taela on 0400 126 266 or email your updated CV to Reference Number:3667213
