Centrally located on Erindale Rd, an easy to reach location. We pride ourselves on working together as a team to achieve the highest quality repairs for our customers. You will have access to support from our team and management. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator/ Insurance Loss Adjuster to join the team at Gemini Balcatta Permanent position. Monday to Friday. Apply, come in or call us today on 08 9240 5940 Role Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers. Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures. Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required. Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. Hand over completed repairs to customers.
