The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our team at Inkerman Panels, St Kilda . Experience with automotive industry software (iBodyshop and Audanet) is an advantage. Previous experience in the collision repair industry is a must. Role Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers Provide accurate and timely vehicle quotes, aligning with repair cost targets and insurance procedures Prepare quotes for vehicles both on-site, off-site, and online Inspect vehicles upon arrival, including mapping and imaging Manage parts ordering and ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that additional work is recorded and authorized promptly Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition Handover completed repairs to customers Does this sound like you?
