Responsibilities Prepare and adjust quotes based on client needs and validate purchase orders prior to quotation. Analyse requests, read technical drawings and specifications to optimise production methods. Communicate with clients and subcontractors to clarify information and ensure order accuracy. Assist the Quality Coordinator and respond to supervisors’ questions about ongoing orders. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with procedures (ISO). Desired Skills Organized, autonomous, and proactive. Able to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical and highly detail-oriented. Meticulous and attentive to detail. Able to communicate in french. Familiar with the sheet metal industry (an asset) Experience College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
