- Collaborate with the current PM, project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to clarify scope and ensure alignment
- Respond to emails, RFIs, and submittals in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain historical project emails and documentation for easy reference
- Track project changes, updates, and revisions with clarity and clear timely communication
- Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling and field coordination, while supporting the PM’s oversight of ongoing projects
- Attend pre-bid site visits and job meetings as needed
What You Bring
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience (commercial or sitework )
- Strong ability to read, annotate, and work from architectural and civil plans (experience with parking lot and/or asphalt work a big plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Highly organized—especially with digital communication and file keeping
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office
- Professional, calm, and clear communicator—both in writing and in person
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, eTakeoff, etc.), and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn a specialized trade and grow within a reputable, supportive company
Nice to Have
- Background in asphalt, paving, or parking lot construction
- Experience supporting or managing multi-phase commercial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Health & Dental Insurance
- 401K with company match
- Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, holidays)
- Supportive team culture with room for advancement
- A role where your work is valued and contributes to visible, high-impact results
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who:
- Is dependable and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working with others in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles pressure with professionalism
- Takes initiative and wants to grow within a company that values skill development and craftsmanship
