Key Responsibilities:   Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for a diverse range of civil engineering projects. Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements to create comprehensive estimates. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and fair pricing. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential project risks. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality estimates. Assist in the preparation of compelling tender documents and proposals. Engage in post-tender negotiations and clarifications to secure project success. Monitor project costs continuously and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to budgets. Innovate and improve our estimating processes and techniques for better efficiency and accuracy.
