Estimator - Civils
Your new company
You will be joining a multi-accredited main contractor based in Coventry working on high-profile infrastructure projects. This industry-leading organisation has a strong pipeline of work across a multitude of different sectors and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Estimator to join their team.
Your new role
As Estimator, you will be based in their Coventry office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Recording and logging all tender correspondence
Reviewing tender documentation and providing feasibility advice
Preparing and submitting tender queries and clarifications
Creating detailed proposals adhering to client specifications and guidelines
Preparing and submitting subcontract enquiries
Reviewing subcontract tender submissions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
Previous experience in heavy civils estimating
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Full UK driving licence.
