Role Overview: This position will play a crucial role in the preparation and analysis of project estimates for our large-scale renovation and construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers and the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions. This position demands a detailed understanding of the construction and renovation processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office for data management, and a commitment to contributing to the success of our projects.
Qualifications:
· At least five years of experience in construction estimation, with a strong focus on renovation and commercial projects.
· Requires an understanding of how to interpret blueprints, understanding specifications, and accurately estimating costs.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, for creating detailed estimates and bid proposals.
· Demonstrated understanding of the steps involved in commercial renovations and construction, from initial assessment to project completion.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· A commitment to accuracy, detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
