Max Sontz Roofing Services, Inc. is a 3rd Commercial Roofing company and a leader in the Commercial Roofing Industry within the New England Region. We are recruiting an in-house experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator who is results oriented, confident, diligent, & detail oriented. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Overview: (not limited to)

*Effective communication.

*Prepare accurate and timely estimates based on architectural drawings, field take-offs or site visits.

*Knowledge of commercial roofing industry and construction processes.

*Participate in pre and ongoing construction meetings thru project close-out.

*Negotiate contractual agreements with Sr. management and ensure proper ordering and procurement.

*Provide ongoing support to team members to ensure total client satisfaction.

Qualifications: (but not limited to)

• Commercial Estimating Experience (Roofing Estimating/Knowledge is a ++)
• Understanding of commercial roofing system applications
• Ability to resolve challenging problems to conclusion
• Reviewing architectural drawings & specifications
• Experienced in producing detailed estimates
• Proficient in Take-off software, as well as general MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
