Estimator to join our Kelowna office and be part of a team known for pushing boundaries and leading with expertise. From managing unique client needs to supporting on-site teams, you’ll be at the heart of a company that values innovation, quality, and collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing: Analyzing drawings, specifications, and developing precise quantity takeoffs Building project schedules and mastering construction methodologies Working closely with Estimating and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Navigating contract models and understanding terms and conditions like a pro Applying your knowledge of earthworks and concrete in remote, challenging locations Adapting to fast-paced changes with ease and confidence Leading smaller opportunities, taking initiative, and managing tasks independently What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (preferred) Skilled in construction estimating software A background in fieldwork, technical diploma, or an engineering degree (an asset) Experience with industry organizations such as ASTTBC or EGBC (an asset) Strong multitasking abilities and deadline-driven work ethic Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Adaptable and calm under pressure, with a keen eye for change management This role offers a dynamic career path where you’ll grow, innovate, and lead the future of Heavy Civil Construction projects throughout BC.
