Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:



* Estimator position dealing with various industrial and commercial, roofing and cladding systems including: twin-skin / built-up systems, composite panels systems, standing seam systems, GRP systems, fibre cement systems, laminated boards, and aluminium rainscreen systems.



* Reviewing tender enquiries and specifications to gain an understanding of project requirements



* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required



* Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices



* Producing formal quotations to clients



* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database



* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors



* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met



* Estimating for projects ranging in value from £5k to £2m



The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems with:



* Must have estimating experience within the roofing and cladding market sector



* Experience dealing with twin-skin / built-up systems, composite panels systems, standing seam systems, GRP systems, fibre cement systems, laminated boards, and aluminium rainscreen systems



* Must have a good understanding of technical drawings



* Full UK driving license



* IT literate (Microsoft Office)



* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal



* High levels of organisation and attention to detail



* Enthusiastic, team play, who works well individually also
