Introduction

We are looking for an Estimator/Sales Engineer to join our team. This position is perfect for an engineer that already has some experience in the controls field and the desire for career long advancement. We have 3 progressive pay grades above this position as experience builds.

Our engineers usually have a specialization but excel in all engineering and technical disciplines. Our most successful individuals are capable of problem solving with a broad understandings of all aspects working in harmony together. Interpersonal and communication skills are also valuable in a technical environment.

Custom Control is a well-established, fast-growing, family-owned private company located in Overland Park, KS. We develop and integrate control systems for industry. For example, we manufacture controls for solar power and storage, food processing, airport fueling, and many others.
