Estimator position working with a growing Tier 3 Builder Opportunity to work on government projects up to $30m Join a growing team with plenty of progression Highly skilled Commercial Estimator required for Mid-Tier Builder working on projects up to $30m in the private & public sector! Work with a close knit team of highly regarded industry professionals Permanent position with great salary + bonus incentive Our Client, a Mid-Tier Commercial Builder, has a newly created opportunity for a highly skilled Estimator to jump on board and complete their team. With a diverse range of projects ranging up to $30m in value under their belt, you will be a key part of their ongoing success in the VIC market. The role: Assist and play an integral part in the growth of the business Prepare and coordinate tender submissions & documentation Proactively follow-up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractors Provide competitive but profitable cost estimates Carry out quantity take off's or produce estimates based on bill of quantities Your Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Construction Previous Estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essential Must have previous EOI and tender submission involvement VIC based experience & ability to develop key relationships with clients & subcontractors Able to estimate from first principles and can provide effective cost saving methods High attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environment What you can expect: Work for a company who takes great pride in their professionalism & comprehensive service Diverse project exposure with continual expansion into new sectors of the market Enjoy career permanency and emphasis on skill development In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
