Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders for all required products.
? Ensure timely completion of estimates and submit them for approval.
? Provide expert support to Consultants during the sales process, answering technical and installation questions as needed.
? Identify, document, and propose solutions related to job costing, requirements, and building codes.
? Confirm product specifications are aligned with professional installation methods and make adjustments as necessary.
? Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years' experience in construction estimating, preferably impact windows and doors.
• Ability to analyze blueprints and project specifications to create accurate quotes
• Must have experience in Window Manufacturer Quoting Software
• Experience with AutoCAD
• High attention to detail and perform accurate takeoffs.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
