We’re looking for a meticulous Ethics and Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic team, supporting global compliance initiatives. This part-time role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours while contributing to meaningful work in assessing corporate risks.
About the Role:
As part of the Ethics and Compliance team, you will conduct due diligence on potential suppliers, customers, and partners. This role involves assessing regulatory and reputational risks, including anti-bribery and corruption, legal sanctions, bankruptcy, and adverse media. It’s a great fit for someone who can take the initiative, think critically, and manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
This is a 0.5 FTE role (approximately 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week), making it perfect for someone who prefers school hours or a similar arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluations of third parties before entering contractual relationships.
- Utilize due diligence systems, tools, and public sources to gather intelligence and identify risks.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather additional information, clarify issues, and escalate adverse findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and a high level of personal ethics.
About You:
We’re open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, such as accounting, finance, contracts and procurement, or strong administrative experience with knowledge of corporate structures and risk management.
