Europe Planner subco and stock (with French)
Key responsibilities: As part of the subco planner contribution: Optimize production planning at our the subcontractors sites Organize transports in collaboration with supply chain Teams; Closely collaborate with Solid & Liquid active planners for alignment on subco planning in total planning landscape; Declare all flows in SAP, control and validate subcontractors stocks, invoices; Challenge production R&D or QA constraints – have a problem solving attitude and mindset; Coordinate transports to choco entities and between cocoa sites and subco; Stock management specialty powder cocoa, Update specialties stock policy when necessary with Solid planner; Drive continuous improvement in the overall subco process; Ensure inventories at subcontractors and supervise all other activities related to internal control; Takes part and or run S&OE steps related to subco management; Drives continuous improvement on subco process. As part of stock planner contribution: Support planning team in getting recurrent stock reports : stock quantity and type for all locations, stock health, sleeping stocks, high stocks; Builds slides for weekly / monthly stock deep dives; Provide 1st analysis to planning team; Contribute to building action plan in case stock reports shows gaps versus budget target; Be part and / or lead of task force related to stock management; Takes part and or run S&OE steps related to stock management. As part of team member of European cocoa planning team: Takes part to the team life; Actively participate to planning Gemba meetings (part of S&OE); Drive continuous improvement in team ways of working; Support the planning team in times of crisis mangement. About you: Bachelor degree or equivalent with focus on supply chain and operations; At least 3 years experience in supply chain planning in an industrial and international environment; ERP and planning systems (SAP, planning optimizer tools eg OMP); Advanced Excel skills; Fluent English; Communicative French; Strong analytical skills, rigorous, good communication, proactive & reactive problem solving; Autonomous in a remote working environment.
