Events Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Live Event Project Manager who will be responsible for managing live events and taking briefs working with the production team to develop events ideally delivering experiential marketing, conferences, corporate events or product launches.

\n

You will be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and senior management. You will create a programme for each project to make sure everything runs on time and on budget.

\n

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of set, stage and lighting and direct the production team on technical difficulties, essentially be the nerve centre of each project, ensuring everyone not only has the correct, up to date details, but also troubleshooting across multiple departments, ideally before problems materialise.

\n

You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale events such as conferences, external shows or exhibitions, as well as collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and oversee logistics to ensure successful event delivery.

\n
