Key Responsibilities:

Inspiring Leadership:

• Lead and empower a team of skilled Project Engineers to deliver impactful projects that uphold world-class standards of safety and reliability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across departments to drive efficiency and inspire success.

Project Mastery:

• Evaluate and refine procedures to align with strategic goals and deliver outstanding results.
• Spearhead contract prequalification, evaluation, and awards, ensuring seamless coordination with the supply department to secure approvals and accelerate progress.
• Tackle complex challenges with confidence, leveraging expertise and mobilizing top-tier talent to deliver optimized solutions on time and within budget.
• Set the standard for performance excellence by overseeing key metrics like HSE, planning, progress, reporting, quality, and cost control.

Empowered Team Management:

• Strategically assign objectives to ensure balanced workloads tailored to individual strengths and experiences.
• Drive the preparation, review, and approval of project expenses and annual budget updates to ensure financial alignment and foresight.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals, resolve issues, and achieve mutual satisfaction.
• Champion a robust change management process, minimizing disputes and maximizing efficiency in project and contract scope management.
• Advocate for compliance with project management systems, fostering widespread adoption and ensuring goals are met with precision and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with a focus on Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing high-stakes engineering projects and delivering results under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with global vendors and OEMs, navigating advanced technical landscapes.
