Executive Assistant to CEO's Office. Charity. Hybrid

Job Description

This wonderful charity is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant, a tech oriented, proactive, highly organised and confident individual with previous experience working at c-suite level, as they will be supporting three CEO office executives, and wider team, in a fast-paced and complex environment.

This EA must excel in scheduling and managing executive time, possess strong interpersonal skills, and work effectively as part of a team, as this candidate will assist with daily needs across the organisation.  They will require broad administrative and PA skills, efficiency and proactivity. The role is privy to confidential information that requires the highest level of confidentiality and judgment.

\n\n

The successful candidate must be able to build and maintain strong relationships, taking ownership of their work whilst managing busy diaries and staying one step ahead.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Full EA Support to three c-suite execs, including diary management, complex travel, expenses and ad hoc support to wider team.
  • \n\t

  • Meeting agendas and minute taking
  • \n\t

  • Collaborating with analysts to maintain databases, manage priorities and facilitate effective information sharing
  • \n\t

  • General administrative duties, including invoice processing
  • \n\t

  • Work as a team with other EAs / management to support smooth running of the office infrastructure
  • \n\t

  • Holiday and sickness cover, including assistance with high workloads / absences
  • \n\t

  • Team onboarding
  • \n\t

  • Serve as the main contact on behalf of executives
  • \n\t

  • Organise / coordinate events, team meetings, offsites, and high-level meetings
  • \n\t

  • Establish systems and processes to track task delivery and allocate resources
  • \n

Hours:  9 – 5:30 pm (some out of hours)

\n\n

Based:  Hybrid, flexible working – 2/3 days a week in office

\n\n
