Executive Assistant - Operations and Financial Coordination

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description for Executive Assistant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Africa Time (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM in Manila) Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and book appropriate meeting spaces Handle internal and external communications, including email management and prioritization Perform financial administration tasks such as creating invoices, processing payments, and reconciliations Assist with aspects of payroll and financial transaction management Prepare and vet financial documents for accuracy and compliance Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Provide general administrative support for day-to-day company operations Support the company’s transition to a SaaS model by assisting with new initiatives and processes Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with financial software such as Xero or Dext Familiarity with communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams Keen attention to detail, especially in financial matters Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and processes Comfort with remote work and flexibility to align with the South African time zone Scope: Potential for handling confidential company and financial information Opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and transition to a SaaS model Collaborative work environment with a tech-focused team Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18712_JOB Requirements .
