Executive Electrical Engineer

Job Description: • Carry out design of electrical services including High Voltage distribution system, Low Voltage distribution system, Extra Low Voltage Systems, Lightning Protection System, Earthing System, etc • Produce and compile Detailed Calculations Report • Take part in presentation slides’ technical/Design input • Liaison with Registered Inspector (RI) and relevant Authority on submission matters • Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects • Attend technical / site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems • Assist to monitor the project team in the preparation of drawings, reports, technical documentation, tenders and contract administration • To liaise with the Client and assist Associate Director/ Senior Engineer in identifying the needs and technical requirements of the Client • Assist to ensure Design and Drawings conformance to Authorities and Code of Practice requirements • Assist to prepare work (Design and Drawings) schedules and ensure conformance of such schedule. To monitor and ensure that submission schedules to Authorities are met • Support Tender bid related to M&E Design • Other duties arranged by Senior/Lead Engineer Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering • Min. 3 years of Design experience • Well verse in Electrical Design Software, e.g. Trimble, ETAB, DIALux, DAPPER, etc • Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Naviswork, etc • Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin • Good report writing, communication and presentation skills • Foreign students from China who have graduated in Singapore are also welcome to apply.
