Executive / Senior Engineer (Instrumentation & Control, Operations & Maintenance)

What You'll Do: Ensure reliable control and metering systems to provide quality chilled water and accurate billing. Develop SOP for troubleshooting of respective field devices and equipment deployed. Develop and implement maintenance regimes for instruments and control systems. Lead root cause analysis of outages, or incidents related to I&C. Lead management of change process and perform PLC code modification (Control Expert) or EBO SCADA. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues if required. Enhance Meter Data Management System (MDMS) for reliable BTU metering and billing. Maintain servers for reliable SCADA and MDMS operations. Arrange for replacement for any defective I&C components. Prepare and call tender or quotation for maintenance as required. Work closely with operations, Interface with other engineering disciplines, contractors and vendors What You'll Need: Degree in Electrical & Electronics or related discipline At least 5 years of experience as project engineer or field application engineer Experience in HMI/ SCADA/ PLC system design, software development, configuration, programming, and commissioning of PLCs with field equipment and devices. Work experience on HVAC and chiller system will be preferred. Good knowledge of PLC programming in accordance with IEC61131-3 Able to understand P&ID and have knowledge of instrumentation and control elements Knowledgeable in industrial protocols (such as OPC, Modbus, HART, M-bus) Possess IT knowledge and familiar with networking such as switching and routing Familiar with Cyber Security (ISA/IEC 62443) and Code of Practice under Cyber Security Act is a plus Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team and managing contractors & vendors #LI-DNI#LI-NF1 Please click her "Apply", if you are keen to apply for this job.
