About the Role: GTH/architects in London seeks an experienced architect (3-5 years post-Part 3) or Architectural Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in projects through all RIBA stages, especially Stages 3 and 4 onwards. We seek a rigorous, motivated professional experienced in project delivery who fits well within our team.

You will Have:

• Collaborative approach with critical thinking and enthusiasm.
• Strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK planning and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in producing planning, tender, and working drawings.
• Experience managing projects through the construction phase
