Experienced Certification Engineer

This is a technical leadership position where you have the responsibility to make conformity assessment (1st party, Second party or 3rd Party assessment) and certify products to boost the business, making conformity assessment as a differentiator of our offers in Market and deliver offers which are safe, reliable, efficient, cybersecure, sustainable and fully compliant with the regulatory requirement of the market and application. You will also actively contribute on digitization of conformity assessment process, leverage conformity assessment data’s like the test reports to bring in more value add for our stakeholders. · Planning, Monitoring and Executing of the conformity assessment activities according to applicable standards(beside other: IEC series, UL series, UL…) and other statutory requirements (beside other: LVD, EMC, RED, ATEX, Blue Guide…) · Collaboration with the League and Squad to reach and keep the compliance of the offer · Collaboration with the Standardization and Influencing team · Coordination with Certification Bodies/testing laboratories · Support of the Business (example, specific compliance request) · Evolution & Alert Management (example in chase of changed statutory requirements) 资格 Fine management and leadership skills with Electrical and Electronics background with a solid knowledge of Schneider Electric offers and standards. 5+ years of experience in conformity assessment/ Global certification Technical Skills · Knowledge in conformity assessment for international markets, e.g. CCC for China, UL/CSA for North America, KC for South Korea, RCM for Australia, marine certification (DNV-GL, BV, LR, …) … · Knowledge in application of European Directives (LVD, EMC, RED, ATEX…) and Blue Guide · Standard knowledge o IEC World § Motor protection CB, Contactors, protection relays according to IEC series o UL/CSA world § UL, UL -4-1, CSA C22.2 No.-4-1-14, … · Knowledge on MoMA (Motor Management) products application will be a plus Know · Mastering English language is mandatory · This position also requests soft skills such as: Resilient, organized, rigorous, and diplomat. You need to be able to come to compromises, but you can push strongly when required, to ensure the compliance of our offer.
