Job Summary: We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems, including installations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, reliable, and capable of troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment in both residential and commercial environments. In addition to standard service tasks, the technician will be responsible for the installation of basic HVAC components and systems in new and existing properties. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential.

Pay: $30-$40/hour, depending on experience plus spiff opportunities

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, flexible on call rotation schedule

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years residential service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal License required
• Must be willing to use extension ladders up to 20 ft high
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively one on one with customers

Additional Qualifications:

• Hydronic heat experience
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• A2L certification
• NATE certified
