Experienced Logistics Coordinator

Your challengesIn the position as Logistics Coordinator, you will join approx. 60 dedicated colleagues in Global Order Fulfilment with teams in both Denmark and Hungary. From our office in Kolding, you will play a key role in our daily operations to ensure optimal order fulfilment to our internal and B2B customers across global warehouses and markets.As our new Logistics Coordinator and perhaps our future analytics specialist, you will participate in our ongoing journey to simplify, stabilise and align our business processes within logistics. For instance, by contributing with your ideas and expertise, you will help automate manual procedures, freeing up time for future projects. Putting your solid analytical skills into good use, you will dive into data, statistics and KPI’s to uncover where we can further improve ourselves and our logistics processes. You can expect a highly complex and exciting set-up, where you’ll have the opportunity to put your mark on our processes.Specifically, you will :Follow-up, planning, and execution of finished goods inbound logistics flowsInteract with distribution partners to ensure product availability and timely deliveryAnalyse KPIs to secure optimal performance and identify potential for optimisationsEngage in projects with colleagues from across the organisation to improve and develop our business processesYour qualificationsYou have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, economics, business administration or similar but most importantly, you bring experience and solid insight into the processes of logistics or supply chain management. With your experience from having worked with logistics planning, inventory control and warehouse optimisation, you enjoy the challenge in performing daily planning and coordination, solving unforeseen challenges, and getting everything in place to ensure timely delivery.As you will be dealing with a wide variety of both national and international stakeholders, you must speak and write Danish as well as English at a professional level. With your open and forthcoming manner, you build relations with ease, and you enjoy – and find it natural – to collaborate and communicate with people across professional levels as well as national and cultural boundaries.Utilizing your profound understanding of business processes and systems and your knack for numbers and data analysis, you have the ability to identify opportunities for development. You are very skilled in MS Office – especially Excel – and should you happen to have knowledge of Power BI and experience in SAP, it will be an advantage though not a prerequisite.You approach your work in a systematic and analytical way and you able to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritising tasks to ensure that you meet deadlines and secure on-time delivery.Your opportunitiesYou will become a part of a global function and have a high level of interaction with colleagues across the organisation, such as our central planning department, global warehouses and market logistics team.
