Experienced Solar Installer $25+ Commercial/Residential (Some PW)

We're searching for experienced solar installers to join our company. We strive to be the best in the business and we're looking for like minded teammates.

We do commercial and residential solar. Our commercial projects are all over the state. When travel is required, we pay for lodging and food and also give job bonuses. We have a lot of both PW (prevailing wage) and non-PW commercial projects. Most residential projects are within 1 hour of El Dorado Hills. We will occasionally have projects farther away, but travel isn't mandatory. Installers who are willing to travel should expect to make a minimum of $100k per year.

Primary duties are installing solar panels and electrical equipment then running conduit and cables between the two.

Commercial solar experience and experience with underground work will come with higher hourly rates.
