Expert Cloud Operations Engineer Your RoleWork closely with our Cloud Infrastructure and Dev Ops team to support hand-offs and knowledge transfers from lower environments into the production space.Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including deployments of production and OS updates as needed.Work closely with application owners to ensure monitoring is scoped, accurate, and actionable for their application’s specific needs.Provide effective communication of projects and tasks within the Cloud Operations team and to organization stakeholders.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:3+ years of experience with operational support of production workloads Strong cloud infrastructure experience in one or more environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP Familiarity with production IoT workloads (device and cloud) Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes Strong Linux system administration Strong understanding of Kubernetes Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets High level of motivation, dedication, initiative and self-starter Methodical approach to problem solving Ability to speak, to read and to write English Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitHub, and GitHub actionsStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and codExperience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitHub, and GitHub actionsStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and codWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
