Role Description

Arrow Film Converters Ltd is seeking a full-time External Sales Manager to join our team in Castleford, with flexibility for some remote work. The External Sales Manager will be responsible to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities for the company. Other responsibilities include preparing and delivering quotes and presentations, attending trade shows and conferences, and staying current on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role in the packaging industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
