The Role Working as part of a crucial project management team, you will apart of a new position within the team working closely with existing project managers and senior leaders to deliver detailed, accurate estimates for MEP Projects across the UK. Prepare comprehensive bids and tender submissions by analysing project requirements. Conduct cost analyses and value engineering assessments to ensure projects remain within budget and are cost effective, while maintaining quality. Risk management identify potential risks within project scopes and adjust estimates accordingly. The Candidate Professional certifications (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, RICS, CIBSE).
