Facilities EngineerOverviewWe have an excellent contract for an experienced Facilities Engineer to join a long-term project close to Geneva. This exciting opportunity will require someone from a Civil or Architectural Engineering background who has good Project Management skills.The role will be based near to Geneva and is a long term contractMain responsibilities Involved with the design, development and maintenance of Civil, structural, interior design systems, and the roads.Prepare equipment specifications for new facilities.Prepare operational procedures.Assist clients with material procurement.Construction management facilitiesEstimating of material, construction, labour costs, and project timescales.Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), etc.Provide technical expertise on various engineering requirement Work on the development of maintenance procedures and protocols including method statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments.Flexibility and hands on technical completion of planned and reactive maintenanceResponsible for the supervision for the repairs and other worksCoordinate with external parties regarding Facilities ServicesMaintaining accurate work order and maintenance recordsAssists in training staff.Perform other works as directed by the client Your skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural EngineeringMinimum 10 years’ of Facilities or Project Management supervisory experienceAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Proficient in English and Arabic language both written and oral. Able to communicate in French (preferable) with other parties.Designer in civil / architectural / interior design concept, schematic, detailed design, and value engineeringKnowledgeable in CAD, Photoshop, etc. For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
