Facilities Lead Project and Operations Support

Job Title: Facilities Lead Project and Operations Support Location: Dublin, Ireland Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Overall Purpose of The Role The Facilities Lead Project and Operations Support person will report to the contract manager and has responsibility to support the facilities team with various tasks. This will be predominantly project related, having responsibility for leading & supporting multiple projects at various stages from inception to completion. This role includes giving technical support to both the client and the internal team. Providing assistance during various annual pinch points, to ensure client KPI targets are met. Main duties and responsibilities Support the team on multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion in accordance with Company objectives. Support the Operations team during periods of high volume of client requests. Support the Operations team with various ad-hoc tasks. Monitor client and internal CAFM systems to identify any gaps or lags in service delivery Support the operations team with interpreting technician reports and supplier quotes. Support the operations team with any technical queries. Create and deliver documentation for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements and ensure any equipment is commissioned and handed over correctly post project completion. Visit client site on an ad-hoc basis to bridge gap in technical knowledge between client and operations team. Demonstrate performance in foreseeing potential obstacles and resolving highly critical issues within organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs. Managing vendor relationships with a sound understanding of standard practices in project management. Manage and ensure all drawings and associated project programmes are issued and up to date. Support project delivery, ensuring on time & to budget, meeting the clients quality standards and expected functionality. Promote and deliver the aims of the Company to meet or exceed the quality levels and customer support objectives central to the Company's core business. Administer formal management and reporting procedures. Ensure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing the Health & Safety requirements of each function. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures Suggest and implement improvements and innovations in service delivery Effective sourcing and utilisation of materials and subcontractors. Conduct regular site audits from quality control point of view, ensure that the specified standard of work is maintained, and all site logs and documentation are kept up to date. The timely and accurate production of all client reporting requirements including the design and generation of any bespoke reporting that supports intercompany relationships and has the potential to further develop the project business. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience working in a similar role Previous experience in a hands on M&E role is desirable Managing projects in a regulated environment preferred Creation of project documentation Third level qualification or equivalent, in project management, engineering or FM. Experience with BMS and CAFM systems desirable.
