Job Description

FM Building Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent job - Southampton - £60,000 per annum

• £60,000 per annum
• Holiday and company pension scheme

• Monday to Friday 08.00 - 5pm

Essential Applicant Requirements:

• Very good previous experience as a building maintenance supervisor or hard services facilities supervisor
• Very good experience in electrical maintenance and repair work
• Multi Skilled maintenance and repair experience and knowledge of building facilities
• 18th Edition certificate
• Full UK Driving licence
• PC Literate
• Southampton

Purpose Of Role:

• Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
• Carrying out hands on maintenance work - specifically electrical maintenance and repair
• Carrying out hands on general maintenance and repair work - basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
• Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
• Liaison with on site client
