Facilities Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional looking for a rewarding role?

We're seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £18 and a standard 9-6 working week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently

Perform preventative maintenance checks on building systems and equipment

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas for improvement

Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of facilities

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications:



Enhanced DBS check

Proven experience in facilities maintenance

Strong understanding of building maintenance practices

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects

You must have your own tools and transport!
