Impact Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Expert, on our client's behalf, to join their business and ensure a smooth beginning to their new site in Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity to embark on a new challenge for a global company, opening a new site in Wellingborough.

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and their grounds. The successful candidate will ensure that spaces are safe, well-maintained, and function as intended.

Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1630

The role:

- Manage everything from building maintenance to recycling programs.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure our site is always safe, secure, and compliant.
- Find ways to cut costs and boost efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

- Recycling programs.
- Security and emergency preparedness.
- Contractor management.
