Facilities Manager\n\nLocation: Northampton\n\nSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on experience)\n\nHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n\nImpact Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturer, specialising in advanced manufacturing across multiple industries. We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the full facilities maintenance and servicing of their Northampton manufacturing site.\n\nThe Role:\n\nReporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of the site's facilities. Your key duties will include:\n\nOverseeing gas and HVAC systems, drainage & effluent, and site infrastructure\nManaging boilers, steam, and compressed air systems\nCoordinating and supporting third-party contractors\nEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies\nConducting regular site inspections and implementing continuous improvement strategies\nEnhancing site efficiency by reducing energy consumption and waste\nMaintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities\nMonitoring technical systems and conducting site security reviews \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nTo excel in this role, you will need:\nProven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or servicing\nStrong knowledge of infrastructure, mechanical equipment, and compliance procedures\nThe ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nCompetency in IT systems, including maintenance documentation\nA strong understanding of health & safety regulations \n\nIf you are an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a dynamic and rewarding role within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!\n\nApply today with an up-to-date CV.
