The company

My client are a top Law firm based in the heart of the city and they are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their established facilities team. You will be responsible for day to day operational facilities management across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a senior coordinator looking for the next step.

The role

  • Facilities Management across regional offices
  • Budget planning, forecasting and tracking
  • Presenting reports on services lines and reporting back to senior colleagues
  • Reporting on contractual commitments

Requirements

  • BIFM 4 or above or FM Ops experience
  • NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
  • Extensive FM experience
  • Willing to travel between regional offices a couple of times a month
  • Team player
