Facilities Manager/ Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our client's team of cleaners. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations across various sites in Sheffield and Leeds, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.



Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor/Facilities Manager



Location: South and West Yorkshire (Sheffield and Leeds)



Position Type: Temp to Perm



Duration: ASAP - 08/10/2025



Timings :05:30 am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.



Pay: £13.55 per hour



Key Responsibilities:



Supervise cleaning teams across 10 sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Maintain excellent customer service in line with a large-scale government contract.

Conduct regular inspections and oversee cleaning operations.

Manage staff schedules and performance.

Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.Requirements:



Previous experience as a Facilities Supervisor or Cleaning Supervisor.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Full clean driving license (valid in the UK) is essential.

Ability to work flexibly between 05:30 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Willingness to travel to multiple sites.What We Offer:
