Key Responsibilities:



Contract Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts from development through execution, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic objectives.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet or exceed contractual obligations and performance standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all contracts and procurement activities comply with current laws and university policies, providing guidance on contract matters to senior management.   

The Person:



Experienced in managing and negotiating contracts

A relevant qualification in building or engineering services

Proven track record of effective vendor management and building collaborative relationships.
