Facility Grounds Maintenance Worker 

$20.00 Hour 

Monday to Friday 7AM to 3:30PM 

Must complete Background and Drug Screenings. 

Must have Valid State of Florida Drivers License. 

Must be able to speak , read and write in English. 

Facility Grounds Maintenance: - All aspects of landscaping. Debris removal, garbage, limbs, vegetation. - Manual labor in irrigation maintenance. - Maintains buildings and machinery. - Performs other related duties as required including the use of a weed eater, leaf blower, and chemical  sprayers/herbicides. - ATV’s/UTV’s Physical Ability:  Tasks require the ability to exert heavy physical effort in heavy work, with greater emphasis on climbing and balancing, but typically also involving some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds); may occasionally involve heavier objects and materials (up to 100 pounds). Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
