* That salary for these position ranges from $90,178 to $139,407.

* Telework may be available (as allowed by management).

* Recruitment, Retention, Relocation, and/or Student Loan Repayment incentives may be availableIn this position you will serve as a Facility Infrastructure Engineer or an Architect performing the planning and management of both design work for substantial new construction/ renovations, and improvement projects for real property facilities utilizing a professional knowledge of general or architectural engineering.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship.

Obtain & maintain Security clearance (Secret/SAR 7).

Education requirements (per OPM Standards); all-professional-engineering-positions-0800.pdf (opm.gov)

Financial Management Statement: OGE-450 (Financial Disclosure) is required.

Incumbent should exhibit the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Top Duties below are; (but not limited to)

- Data Manager SME providing data analysis, progress status and reporting

- Coordinates with Project Execution Branch for obtaining BUILDER Updates for major Design and Construction Projects

- Providing Teams with Strong Leadership for required cross cutting functional coordination activities among WPAFB CE Division/Squadrons: Programming, Customer Planning, Installation Planning, Energy, and Operations Engineering

- Extensive project team coordination with Utilities AMP (UAMP) / Transportation Network and Airfield Pavement (TNAP) Professionals, Facility Sub-AMPs Managers for expert Scope/Cost Review and Asset/Project Prioritization
