Facility Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift Facility Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assuring project completion is done on time and correctly
• Supervising of team of technicians
• Coaching, training, and managing projects
• Accountable for supporting the management of outside vendors
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing
• Quality and safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance
• Familiarity contracts
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Certifications in FMS; HVAC, Plumbing; or electrical is a plus
