About the role\n\nTitle – Facility Management Planner Engineer\n\nAnnual salary- £34,000 to £37,000\n\nLocation – Hucknall, Nottingham\n\nShift Timings – Full time, 08:00 till 17:00\n\nTo provide support in the planning of the facility management service (maintenance,\n\nwaste, cleaning, catering, and safety) for the ITP client in Nottingham (UK), overseeing\n\na direct team of 35 people.\n\nYour main responsibilities may include:\n\nPlanning of the service, solving those problems that may arise and proposingimprovements in its execution in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the contract and the objectives set by his/her superior.\n\nControl of compliance with preventive, corrective and conductive maintenanceof all services in SAP, as well as ensuring its proper operation.\n\nSupport on add-on FM projects\n\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following:\n\nEducation: Degree in Engineering, Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering, or similar\n\nKnowledge: Technical knowledge of all types of facilities and the management of operational teams.\n\nLanguages: Advanced level of English\n\nExperience: At least 2 years as a planning engineer\n\nSkills: Analysis and decision-making.
