What You’ll Do

As an Estimator, you’ll work from technical drawings, to create and prepare quotations for large-scale FF&E (fixtures, fittings & equipment) projects, predominantly within the student accommodation and multi-room real estate sectors.

The emphasis will be on quality over quantity, and you’ll support projects valued at £500k upwards (from 50 - 2000 rooms), liaising with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to play your part in the successful delivery of the project.

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Estimator role and should demonstrate proficiency in reading specification sheets, and technical drawings from 3D design software such as AutoCAD.

Previous experience within FF&E and familiarity with large-scale construction projects would be an advantage however if you’re a Kitchen, Bathroom or Shop Fit Designer, looking to take your next step then we’d love to hear from you too.
