Seeking a 3-GIS proficient Operations Administrator.

The mission of the Light Source Communications Operations Administrator is to help Light Source maximize financial performance by providing premier customer service, outstanding project execution and exceptional ongoing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

a. Provide sales proposal support such as KMZ's, RFP responses and proposal presentations.

b. Provide fiber build project support with project progress tracking, reporting, invoice review, materials tracking, new system implementation (data loads into 3 GIS and Tradogram), permit and construction prep tracking.

c. Provide financial support with invoice review and supplier bid responses.

d. Provide ongoing operations support with emergency outage restoration communication (internal outage bridge and customer updates), trouble ticket management and supplier coordination as required.

e. 3 GIS Proficient

f. Provide other operational support as needs arise.
