To support our business improvement strategy and growth ambitions, we are currently looking for a: FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER FRANCE You will provide immediate technical support, advice and preparing quotations (including calculations) supporting the sales force in order to sell products and applications that create an appropriate solution to the customers requirements and budget, in compliance with the companys sales strategy Main Responsibilities: Provide immediate technical support to the sales force within the sale process Prepare the sales quotations (including the calculations) for the customers in coordination with the Account/Sales Manager Join and support the Account Manager or Sales Manager during sales preparation, presentations to customers and/or negotiating processes. Check final customer purchase order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify/solve any discrepancies. Check of (commercial and financial) terms and conditions Responsible for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Set up the customer project in terms of schedule and work packages for preparation of technical documents (descriptions, drawings etc.) in order to start production process. Handle customer requests/questions about signed contracts and check changes against the agreed quotation. Develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships with all relevant stakeholders. Maintain efficient and reliable quotes administration. Ensure update within the CRM system Ensure contract review and project follow up. Follow up of milestones and completion of work packages Compliance with the Company Quality, Environmental and Safety rules and regulations Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (graduate) or equivalent level of competence 3-5 years of relevant experience within a relevant industry, preferably completed with commercial experience Good knowledge of power electronic products and solutions Good knowledge of assigned markets and customers Understanding of commercial / contract law Computer Literacy Fluent in English What we offer We offer an excellent opportunity for professional development in a historic company, with an extraordinary brand recognition, market leadership and global presence.
