Field Application Engineer Manager EMEA

A leading company in electrical measurement,servicing the automotive, energy and mobility industries is looking to hire a Europe Field Application Engineer Manager As the European FAE Manager you will lead the European Regional Field Application Engineers for all Industry verticals (Automotive / Industry) This position is ideally based ideally in Munich. Your responsibilities • Ensure your FAE team provide the correct technical support   • Develop  and grow the existing team • Ensure close cooperation with the Sales team to fill- in the design funnel with maximum conversion rate. • Work in close collaboration with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D & Operations • Follow market trends for accurate road-mapping • Deliver or oversee internal /external technical trainings Your profile • Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering • + 5 years’ experience with a success track record in Field Application Engineering function • Team leadership experience, preferably with remote people management • Power Electronics or semiconductor previous experience • Fluent in English. German (other European languages would be a ++) This Senior leading position will suit a Principal FAE with some management experience and wanting to lead an EMEA based Team.
