The company is recognized for its innovation with over 4000 issued and pending patents worldwide and supplies to 3200 companies globally.Job DescriptionProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers using power and charger IC products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Assist customers in the design and development of their power management and charging solutions, offering expert guidance on integrating IC products into their systems.Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams, and develop comprehensive documentation and application notes to facilitate the effective use of power and charger ICs.Gather feedback from customers on product performance and requirements, and collaborate with the R&D team to drive product improvements and new feature development based on market needs.The Successful ApplicantBS in Electrical Engineering with over 5 years of experience in defining, architecting, or designing DC/DC converters or mixed-signal integrated circuits for portable electronics such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, and battery chargers.Extensive knowledge of laptop and desktop power architecture with a proven track record of supporting power components for PC projects.Proficient with power measurement tools and capable of conducting bench tests on customer PCBs.Ability of communication in English and Mandarin
