Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Field Application Engineer (Taiwan Market): Job Responsibilities Offer comprehensive technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of our products. Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in product selection. Your technical input will be crucial in addressing their specific needs. Continuously study the latest industry trends and conduct in-depth competitor analysis to provide insights for product development. You will also contribute to shaping the long-term product development roadmap. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients, with the goal of delivering high-quality customer experiences. Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
